Do you sell other wedding garments or accessories?
We are a bit single-focused and believe in doing one thing and doing it well. As a result, we have focused our offerings solely on wedding veils, bridal capes, and hair accessories in order to offer you greater expertise, the best products, and an easy shopping experience.
Where do your products come from?
Our artisan partners are carefully selected from around the world to bring you an artfully curated selection of the best handmade products. From minimal and understated veils, to dramatic cathedral veils, to ethereal flower crowns, our collections celebrate the unique style and individual expression of every bride on her wedding day.
How much does shipping cost?
To bring you greater value, we offer FREE shipping on all our veils and hair accessories!
How long do orders take to arrive?
Although it frequently doesn’t take as long, we generally recommend ordering your veil or hairpiece about 2-3 months prior to your wedding to ensure on-time delivery and the opportunity to verify satisfaction with your order.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the courier process the order, which takes an additional 2–5 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse to the destination. US orders usually take between 7 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, but, again, can take a bit longer in some circumstances.
What is your return policy? What if I love my veil, but it doesn’t go with my gown?
Our goal is for you to be thrilled with your veil or hair piece, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If there is a problem with your order, we gladly accept returns for 14 days from the date you receive your order. That allows you time to try out your purchase with your gown, and it allows us time to return the product to the manufacturer within their returns window.
Please note that we recommend ordering 2 to 3 months prior to your wedding to ensure on-time delivery and the opportunity to verify satisfaction with your order, as stated on our Shipping and Delivery page. We can not accept returns for last minute orders (less than a month before your event) that do not arrive on time.
